Scott A. Packer –
I really wanted to like these jeans and wore them for several days to break them in prior to a cross-country ride, but I ultimately left them home because they simply weren’t comfortable despite being sized correctly.

While the jeans themselves are pretty nice, look good, and feel protected there are no knee pads, or even pockets sewn in for knee pads, as stated in the details. I returned and ordered a 2nd pair to see if it was just a defect. Nope! Just false advertising. Using product support is recommended but the website gives an error code and the phone number goes to voicemail which you can’t actually leave. Very poor customer service.
Edit: I was finally able to get ahold of customer service and they CSR was actually very good following up with me on the issue. The details on this item were indeed incorrect. I still really like the jeans and didn’t really need the armor. My first ride they were very comfortable so I am keeping them for the initial price I got them at but maybe not worth the current price. I’m upgrading to 3 stars for the customer service and quality of jeans themselves.
