I had these boots prior to the changes made to it and I loved it. I wore a size 8.5 and I have a slightly wider foot. The old pair stretched out nicely and fit perfect. I ordered this new pair and they are way off in sizing. I saw one review that said not to order a size up because “they know shoes”. I can tell you after wearing the old style for ten years, I recommend going a half to one size larger because of the narrow and short toe box. Keep in mind, these will stretch. Because my feet tend to swell by the end of the day I went up a full size. 8.5 crammed my toes up against the end of the shoe. Can’t change length!

Love, Loved these boots, but being that they were steel toe and my foot being wide I would’ve had a hard time wearing regular socks with them or even the cute mix matched footie socks. I’m originally a size 8wms, but get a better fit with a size 7 wide in woman’s. What’s worse is that not many boots come in a 6W in men’s which for me is a PERFECT FIT. I might have to try again in a size up to get a good fit or see if they’re available in men’s. If I get a size up in a woman’s shoe I risk the shoe looking like boats! So glad for flawless returns….

I actually love the boots and how they look on however did not know they run small. I am a size 8 which I orderd in these however my toes are at the very front of the boot , I was not aware that you should order 1/2 or 1 size bigger than your normal size, other than that I love the way the boot looks and feels , I just can’t wear them for a long length of time without my toes feeling squished, It’s ok, I intend to order again down the road and will know to order a half of size bigger.

The boots are very comfortable. Originally I ordered a 6.5 which is my normal shoe size. I exchanged them for a 7.0 and still are slightly snug. Once they are broke in and stretched a little, I feel like they will be fine.
I created a new order to save time while returning the first pair. The refund was on my card almost as soon as they confirmed receipt of the boots.
Update: I have worn them for about 3 weeks. They feel great, even at the end of the 8 hour shift.

I have a fairly slender foot, so when I read the reviews (prior to purchasing) and saw they ran small I only ordered a half size bigger. Without any socks they fit perfect, but I can still feel the stitching on the side of the toe and would not wish to wear them for even an hour. The padding is great, but there isn’t much support for the arch. I would prefer that there wasn’t a lip on the sole, I tend to be like a toddler and drag my toes at times, but it does make the boot much more sturdy. They are very stiff and may take time to break in. I am re-ordering a larger size with the belief that once they are broken in they will mold to my foot great, and give me the amount of arch support I desire. I am sure that they will last for years, they are very sturdy. The quality is excellent…Just remember ORDER A FULL SIZE LARGER and perhaps even wider than normal.

I love these boots! It is a great boot that will last forever and looks really cool too! Several reviews said to order a size big because they ran small, so I did and they were HUGE! Do not do that, order your normal size. I returned them and got my normal size and they were perfect. Still a bit wide, but I just put an insole in them. They also said they were really stiff and hard to break in, also not true! Very comfortable right out of the box! I was in the shoe business for years, so I know shoes. Get your normal size.
