All the pics I’ve seen of these looked more like a lower heel, wide and comfy but they are not! I have a wider foot and calf and I guess HD thinks every woman is skinny with tiny feet. It’s VERY frustrating to say the least. I’ve worn them, I’ve broken them in and they still hurt my feet because the shoe base isn’t wide enough so the leather stretched out and your feet hang over the base causing more pain. If you have narrow feet and legs, it’s the product for you.

These are perfect in everyway. I love them so much I bought another pair. I do have a wider calf and usually get wide calves and these work with no issues!

It fit ok, the width around the calf was a bit wide. Not for wide feet its narrow, but I have narrow feet. I bought it to ride and need the heel for some extra height. The side lace is useless just for decoration, so you cannot tighten. Nothing fancy in the look, hopefully it does what it was made to do.
Ok, so today was the first time I put on the boot to ride and had to come back and add that the strap at the top of the boot calf needs to be stitched down or cut off, (it really serves no purpose just for decoration). I stopped to turn around and the strap hooked in my foot peg and i almost fell. I am taking it to my shoe repair man tomorrow. So if you purchase have it stitched before you use it.

Bought these for my wife for Valentines Day. I’ve been looking for a while for something that had a more feminine look but still fit the need of a “riding boot” . She is really happy with them. The also have a nice lining rather than just the standard inside leather. She says she wears an 8 1/2, but I ordered a 9. I figured that if they were a little big she could wear boot socks. But, she says they fit perfect. The leather seems of good quality and the sole is a heavy lug Vibram type. According to the listing, these are made by Wolverine. I had hoped that meant that they were made in the USA. Unfortunately not, they are made in China. This is my only complaint. I try hard to by US made products. Still, these are a solid made boot with some fashion added for the woman and I expect my wife will get a lot of use out of them.

I LOVE these boots!!! I bought the first pair in January of 2009 and wore them all the time. They didnt wear out until March of 2018 which gave me 9 years of wear which is unheard of. When I thought of having to replace them I was worried after 9 years they would no longer be making the Melia style but THEY DO!!! I just bought my 2nd pair and I am so happy about it! These are SUPER CUTE and unobtrusive and I dont feel like a walking billboard for Harley-Davidson. I get tons of complements on them. My feet dont get wet in these when its raining. The sole is slow-wearing. They are V.E.R.Y comfortable and the fit is true to size. Yes, I still have room in them to wear wool socks in the winter time. The leather stiffness is just right with minimal breakin time. If they are still around in another 9 years, I WILL be buying 3rd pair.

I liked these boots, but I’m returning them. I’ll try a bigger size. I usually wear 8-8.5, ordered 8.5 after buying the Adena which were plenty wide and the right length. The idea was to wear 2 pairs of socks since these boots are for winter riding. I tried them on with thin socks, they were too narrow. Narrow feet ladies rejoice 🙂
