At last, leave it to Cockpit USA to make a US Military field jacket proudly made in USA – the way it should be. The M51 field jacket is one of the most thoughtfully designed pieces issued by the US Army. Using the WWII M-43 Field Jacket as its foundation, improvements due to cold weather conditions during the Korean War for the M-51 included snap fasteners and a center front zipper for added warmth. The M51 military jacket was also known to have been issued during the first half of the Vietnam War. Cockpit USA is proud to provide the most accurate replication of this Military classic. Will accept the Rothco Liner sold separately.
